Every clinic starts with a free 60-day pilot that begins once the widget is live on its website, with Starter's requests and previews and up to two channels. After the pilot, a clinic without a plan moves to Free: 15 previews and the details of 5 requests a month. Later requests still come in, and their details show as soon as you choose a plan. Prices exclude VAT (MVA).
FAQ
Questions clinics ask
What does beta mean?
Visiura works from the first click to the follow-up, and we are now opening it to a small number of clinics in Norway that want to use it with real patients and tell us what to improve. We check your organisation number in Enhetsregisteret before patients can use your widget.
How accurate is the preview?
It is an indicative AI simulation, not a promise of a result. Every image is labelled as AI, and the treatment plan is made by your dentist at the consultation. In the beta, previews show straighter teeth only.
Do patients need an account?
No. They give consent, take a photo and get a private link to their own data.
Where is the data stored?
On Visiura's own server in the EU. The AI service that makes the preview is listed with every other subprocessor in your panel. Photos are deleted after the period your clinic sets, 30 days by default.
Can we use our own colours and fonts?
Yes. Set them in the panel and see the widget change as you go. Any Google font works, served from Visiura.
Does it work with WordPress?
Yes, there is a plugin. Any other site takes two lines of code.
What about young patients?
Patients must be 18 or older. The widget asks for the year of birth, uses it only for this check and does not store it.
Do we sign a data processing agreement?
Yes, in the panel, before patients can start. The list of subprocessors is always up to date there.
